Never been to therapy? Wonder what it is like?
Our therapy goals will typically be focused around the cycle of your thoughts affecting your feelings; your feelings affecting your behavior; and your behavior affecting your thoughts. At first it can seem intimidating to change the framework of how you think. However, once the process gets going, it can be invigorating to realize how limitless the future impacts from your successful therapy work can be.
This practice offers virtual sessions for those in Colorado and in-person and virtual sessions for those in Oklahoma near the office. What can you expect from each?
In-person - You will find my office in the office building off highway 88 between Cherokee and Muskogee Avenues on the southwest side of the rode.
Virtual - If you choose virtual, you will receive a link 24 hours before your session that will allow you access into the therapy room. It is similar to Zoom but hosted on a therapy based website. We will have our session in a private virtual room.
Other than where you physically are for your session, the two options are actually quite similar. We address the goals you would like to achieve and the concerns you would like to address and anything in between.
